Ash Wednesday and penitential psalm 51 as we start Lent and remember the Temptations of Jesus. Listening in at the SS Redentore Church in Venice as 12 year old Christian Jenkins soars up with the Schola Cantorum of Tewkesbury Abbey to give a superb rendering of Allegri's Miserere Mei (Psalm 51)in 2003. This is a live recording with permission and so there is some small amount of noise.
